BOULEVARD DEVELOPMENT LAUNCHED

AUX group moves on Australian market

THE AUX Group has launched The Boulevard development at an exclusive event at the Fiddler.

AUX Group is promising convenience and connectivity from its first foray into the Australian property market with the $81 million apartment project The Boulevard that will be attached to the Rouse Hill Town Centre.

The Boulevard includes 152 apartments set across two buildings six storeys and seven storeys in height and offers one, two and three bedroom apartments, all with a study.

In the project’s first release, prices for one-bedroom apartments range from $485,000 - $655,000, two-bedroom apartments are priced from $595,000 - $860,000 and three-bedroom apartments range from $855,000 - $920,000.

Being new to the market and the local community, the AUX Group launched the project at and event attended by 50 retailers at Rouse Hill Town Centre, local dignitaries and businesspeople to allow them to get to know the company and learn more about the development in their backyard.

Designed by Metropoint Group Architects, The Boulevard has been designed to complement the existing built environment so the apartments become a continuation of the town centre.

The AUX Group will draw on its significant experience and success in property development in China for its first Australian project.

The AUX Real Estate Group was founded in 2000 as a subgroup of the AUX Group and ranks in the top five commercial developers and top 50 residential developers in China.

The AUX Real Estate Group generated approximately $2.9 billion AUD in revenue in 2014, primarily from residential and commercial developments.

The company purchased the sites from Rouse Hill Town Centre owner GPT in April 2015. Both AUX Group and GPT share a vision for Rouse Hill Town Centre as a thriving retail and residential precinct.

“We recognise that we’re new to the Hills district so we wanted to make the effort to properly introduce ourselves to our neighbours and the local business community before launching The Boulevard to the wider public,” AUX Group Associate Director Michael Wang says.

"The Boulevard is the perfect debut for AUX Group in Australia as the development epitomises what we stand for: high quality apartments that offer connectivity and an easy lifestyle for residents."

Residents will live within 400 metres of the Rouse Hill station of the Sydney Metro Northwest (due for completion in 2019) and have access to a large variety of retail shops, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, department stores, homeware stores, and a cinema.

The project is being jointly marketed through Colliers International and local property experts, PRDnationwide Norwest.

Colliers International Director of Residential Project Marketing David Chittenden says that in a competitive market such as Sydney, projects need to have a compelling point of difference.

"The Boulevard is positioned in the middle of a bustling central people's district and this level of integration is certainly unique compared to other apartment projects bacross Sydney," he said.

"We expect to see a lot of interest from young professionals, downsizers and savvy investors who recognise the value of convenience and connectivity to transport links."
