Michael Trinh has been promoted to the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Mr Trinh, a JP, has been a key member of IDRAFT’s executive leadership team for the past six years, serving as the company’s General Manager (GM). Jake Janssen, will replace Mr Trinh as GM.
Announcing the new appointments, Mr Cozzupoli, said: “Michael brings a wealth of managerial experience to the newly-created role of CEO.
“As GM, Michael led the IDRAFT team with distinction, using his proven track record in design excellence to manage and deliver some of our largest high-density projects. I am thrilled that Michael can now utilise his outstanding leadership skills to successfully navigate the next phase of IDRAFT’s continued growth in different markets throughout metropolitan Sydney.
“Jake Janssen, who as Senior Designer was responsible for IDRAFT’s small-medium density projects, has big boots to fill but I’m confident he’s got what it takes to make a great GM.
“The promotion of Michael and Jake is the result of IDRAFT’s commitment to staff training and development which we’re continuing to see in emerging, young talent like CAD technician Joey Ellis, who is following in their footsteps.”
