$30M Quest for Olympic Park

QUEST Serviced Apartments has opened the company’s $30 million flagship property at Sydney Olympic Park.

The new 4.5 star property is Quest’s second largest and boasts 140 studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments.

Paul Constantinou, Chairman Quest Serviced Apartments, says the undersupplied market was the key factor for Quest’s decision to invest in the area.

“We seek solid markets, we analyse them for longevity and tailor our product to them,” Mr Constantinou said.

“Sydney Olympic Park presents an ideal market opportunity for our business.  We have worked closely with the local business community, such as the Sydney Olympic Park Authority and the Sydney Olympic Park Business Association to get to this point.

“When we enter communities, we do so with a view to integrate.  As we have done with our North Ryde property, we are working closely with local organisations and businesses on market development and on initiatives such as our restaurant chargeback system,” Mr Constantinou added.

“On behalf of the Sydney Olympic Park Authority and the wider Park community, I’m pleased to welcome Quest to the Park. With the ever growing number of events held in the Park, particularly business events, Quest’s arrival is well timed to support the growth in both business and leisure visitors, Alan Marsh, Sydney Olympic Park Authority CEO said.

Each apartment comes with kitchen and laundry facilities and the property has an on-site gym and conference room.

Guests of Quest at Sydney Olympic Park have access to a range of services including pantry shopping, breakfast packs, valet dry cleaning, baby sitting booking and business administration services.
