PROFESSIONAL MATCHMAKING SERVICE

Online recruitment site launched
WESTERN Sydney businessmen Jim Taggart and Richard Gremmo have launched I Want 2 Work (IW2W), an online recruitment portal.

IW2W behaves like like a professional matchmaker, whether it’s for a short-term contract or a lifelong career.

IW2W attracts the attention of potential employers. You can establish a free profile in just a few minutes, get discovered and find work.

You can also build a professional resume using the IW2W resume builder tool and the IW2W video resume allows you to create an online video to showcase your skills and talents.

The aim of IW2W is to save businesses time, money and frustration by making the recruitment process easier.

The process is easy. Visitors create a job brief with the details of the role, then send it to the right candidates using the IW2W search function.

You’d only pay when a candidate accepts the contact request and you will stay anonymous until you’re both ready to connect.

Co-founder, Jim Taggart says: “As a business owner myself I have experienced the frustration of trying to find the right people to work in my business.

“I Want 2 Work puts businesses owners back in control of selecting the right team for their business. I Want 2 Work is also affordable, efficient and secure – we understand what businesses want when they are finding new talent to join their team”.

“For quite some time now business owners have had to spend hours writing ‘job ads’ that seem to attract the attention of the wrong candidates, and enduring boring searches through endless resumes that have been cut and pasted from the internet only to end up wasting even more time interviewing candidates that are not appropriate for their business.

“I Want 2 Work allows you to make decisions about who the ideal candidate is for your business by searching some simple profiles that stick to the facts and then contacting your appropriate candidate directly. This is the way recruitment should be.

“For some time now I have been searching for a recruitment method that saves time, money and frustration. “When it became apparent that there wasn’t anything in the market place that truly addressed these concerns I became part of a team to develop a solution. I am excited that we have created something that puts business owners first”.
