QUEST OPENS AT PENRITH

Visitor surge drives investment
THERE'S a lot to love about Quest’s newest apartment hotel offering in Penrith.

With 115 modern apartments, and located in the heart of the CBD, guests will enjoy a comfortable stay with a range of facilities at their fingertips.

And with an unprecedented surge in people visiting the growing city, Quest Penrith is well placed to offer guests an ideal alternative to a hotel room but with that comfortable home-away-from home feel.

“In the past five years, overnight visitation to Western Sydney has grown by 59 per cent, so the Quest Penrith team and I have great confidence that the property will be a valuable addition to Quest’s NSW portfolio,” said Quest Penrith franchisee Phil Willey.

Mr Willey is charging ahead with this, his third franchise under the Quest Apartment Hotels banner, saying it’s the brand’s mission to deliver a new standard of accommodation to Penrith for the short and long stay traveller that has him excited.

He said Quest Penrith was positioned to capitalise on Sydney’s transforming economic landscape, with Penrith transitioning from a regional centre to the state’s third major city.

And Quest Apartment Hotels General Manager – Growth, James Shields, agrees.

“Opening Quest Penrith provides an opportunity for strong business growth, with the region’s target of creating 25,000 new dwellings and 40,000 new jobs by 2031,” he said.

“Penrith is set to be a major beneficiary of the $59 billion Western Sydney Airport development, with the project expected to create long term employment opportunities for the wider region.”

Mr Willey said he was looking forward to welcoming the first guests after months of preparation.

“Quest Penrith is my third franchised business under the Quest Apartment Hotels banner. I can’t thank Quest corporate office enough for the tremendous support in the running of my businesses on a day to day basis,” he said.

The seven storey Quest Penrith property features 115 apartments comprising studio, one and two-bedroom configurations with plenty of open space, making them ideal for large groups of friends, families or colleagues to  live and work. The one and two bedroom apartments also feature fully serviced kitchen and laundry facilities. The complex includes on-site parking, a conference room and gym.

The hotel is located at 83 Lord Sheffield Circuit Penrith, adjacent to Penrith railway station within walking distance of Westfield Penrith.
