Cumberland Business Chamber (CBC) is in the process of making business owners aware of this and is staging an awareness event on October 9 at the Chifley Eastern Creek Hotel.
Members and non-members are invited to attend this event to hear from NBN Co. and representatives from Telstra.
This business zone is the largest industrial estate in the Southern Hemisphere and yet the Government has not made any consideration for assisting businesses which employ thousands of people and inject millions of dollars in to the local economy.
The Chamber has been advised that the Government's decision also means the local South West Sydney Institute of TAFE will miss out on high speed broadband.
To learn more about the NBN Roll Out attend the event which starts at 6.00pm
