A NEWLY-established foundation will push for a $60 million medical research institute for Nepean Hospital, following revelations top specialists won’t come to the area because it offers no research facilities. Nepean is the only teaching hospital in Sydney that doesn’t have a research facility attached to it.
PROPERTY LEASED FOR $5M
PRIVATE investors paid over $5 million for a 3100-square-metre industrial facility, at 10 Peter Brock Drive, Eastern Creek. The property is leased to PPG Industries Australia to 2023 at an annual rent of $302,848.

TWO strata units at 9 Tindale Street, Penrith have sold for its mortgage in possession for nearly $2 million. Gayatri Shonali Banerjee bought a 356-square-metre unit for $1 million to use for a medical practice and Graf Engineering paid $915,000 for a 371-square-metre unit as an investment
