HISTORIC PARK WINS AWARD

THE historic Bungarribee Homestead Park, in Blacktown, has won an Australian Institute of Landscape NSW award for cultural heritage landscape architecture. Clouston Associates designed the project The 800-dwelling estate is on the site of the historic Bungarribee House, which was built in 1825 and demolished in 1957.

$265M PROJECT AT PENRITH

A $25 million collaborative project between Astina Group and Devcon Partners will see the construction of two, six-storey buildings, an a 4152-square-metre site at 144-148 High St and 35-37 Barber Ave, Penrith. The project includes 97 apartments and 130 basement car parks.

PARRAMATTA-based developer, Dyldam, has unveiled plans for the former 1.25-hectare Cumberland Newspaper site, at 142 Macquarie Street, in the Parramatta CBD. The $500 million mixed-use project includes a 60-storey residential tower containing 964 apartments and 21,000 square metres of commercial and retail space.
