$240M UPGRADE FOR SQUARE
THE $240 million redevelopment of Macarthur Square has increased the shopping area from 94,300 square metres to 107,000 square metres approximately and now includes more than 300 specialty stores. Macarthur Square is jointly owned by the Lendlease-managed Australian Prime Property Fund Retail (APPF Retail) and the GPT Wholesale Shopping Centre Fund.
